This position has been filled – OATS is recruiting for a part time Trust Administrator, based in Bridge of Allan

We are recruiting for a new part-time (3 days/week) Trust Administrator to assist with finance and admin of our small charity at our new office in Bridge Of Allan.

This is a key post within OATS, providing direct support to the Chief Executive and Chairman, leading on financial processes, administering external grant claims, assisting with Car Parking invoicing and permits, liaison with stakeholders, affiliates, donors, and public, and general office admin.

The Outdoors Access Trust for Scotland is an innovative company limited by guarantee and with charitable status, dedicated to the development and delivery of outdoors access and conservation projects throughout Scotland.  The new Trust Admin will assist with finance and day-to-day admin of this small charity with a national reach.

We are looking for someone who can self-motivate, work with minimum supervision, and with excellent book-keeping and organisational skills.

SALARY:  Admin G £27,998 – £29,583 per annum (on a pro rata basis).
