We are hiring a new Trust Administrator

OATS are looking for a new Trust Administrator to work three days per week.

This is a key post within our small Charity to assist with finance and administration. The Trust Administrator provides direct support to our Chief Executive and Chairman, leading on financial processes, administering external grant claims, and general office admin within the OATS office in Perth, Scotland.

We are looking for someone who can self-motivate, working with minimum supervision, and with excellent book-keeping and organisational skills.

We fully understand that homeworking may be required during the pandemic.  However, we will provide the Trust Administrator with sole access to the office until it is safe for staff to meet there once again.
