Cairngorms National Park

Covering an area of 1,748 sq. miles ranging from Grantown-on-Spey in the North to Blair Atholl in the South, the Cairngorms National Park is home to four of the five highest mountains in the UK and boasts a total of 55 Munros, 19 Areas of Conservation, 12 Special Protection Areas and 46 Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

No surprise then that around 1.8 million people visit the area every year with 250,000 or so taking to the hills via the substantial network of upland routes.

But at what cost to our natural upland environment and all the species that live there?

We have 30 paths available to sponsor in the Cairngorms National Park at a cost of £1000 per path for an entire year.

What do you get out of this?

You will have your company name and logo alongside your chosen path on the OATS website for a full 12 months.

You will receive a complimentary invitation to our one-day conference in April 2020 – Outdoor Access in Scotland – At What Cost? where your company will be acknowledged during the event as a special thank you for your support.

And finally, you will be making a huge difference in helping to conserve this breath-taking environment for future generations to enjoy.

To sponsor your own path in the Cairngorms National Park please contact Lisa Barnard, Fundraising and Communications Manager on lisa@outdooraccesstrustforscotland.org.uk or fill in the form on our Mend Our Mountains/Corporate Appeal section of the website.
