Path Map

Highland Society Bridge to Glenshee Road

It had been an aspiration from the Braemar Community to have a path linking across from the Highland Society Bridge to the Glenshee Road and then onto a return spur to Braemar or a wider loop back to Braemar using the Queens Drive.

The section of path running adjacent to the Clunie Water is a grass path because it sits on the rivers immediate flood plain, however the remainder of the path is of aggregate construction until reaching he Glenshee Road.

Fantastic to be part of the @CNPnature Nature Festival this year, a lovely wee group of #volunteers. Check out the before and after on one section of path we attacked. Drains cleared ✅ Culverts checked ✅ Good chat ✅ Fresh air ✅ #paths #munro #cairngorms #hills #views
